We go above and beyond in our training for employees in the state of Illinois. As required by some states’ laws, such as California law AB 2053 and SB 1343, the training also addresses topics such as workplace civility, bullying, and bystander intervention.
Your employees will learn what sexual harassment is; options available to report allegations of sexual harassment throughout the country; what to do if you are a witness/bystander of sexual harassment; information about retaliation, also known as “whistle blower” protections; penalties for sexual harassment, false reports, and interfering with, obstructing, or failing to cooperate with a sexual harassment investigation.
Course Completion. You will have 30 days for this 2 CEU hour course from the date of registration to complete it. No extensions will be made to complete this course!
